Soemtimes call centers need assistance from third parties in coaching and development of their site. Currently, my collections account is undergoing training with the Center for Business Solutions, Inc. (CBS). 

I’ve learned so much already just with a few days of training. Even my bosses are getting some training themselves. So if you own a call center and need fresh new ideas to enhance productivity, try looking into it. I’m sure it’ll be worth what you spend!
