There is this story that has been going around most call centers like an urban legend. Some customer service rep from a local telecom company cursed a caller and forgot to push the mute button.

Result:

A very pissed off guy that will take no crap from anyone.

Moral Lesson of the Story:

If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all.

hhaha. didnt expect all that profanity at the end. looks like raul enjoyed swearing. hahaha. its already in his system to do so. hahaha.
