Feeling lazy to have an account in Jobstreet? Tired of looking through the classified ads? If my 4 tips in landing a call center job is still not working for you, then here’s another option.

A blog called Philippine Call Center Jobs offers various job openings with their respective qualifications and contact information for inquiries. If you’re also trying to look for specific openings for a specific call center that you want to apply for, all job applications are categorized by company name.

Whew! As you can see being in a call center is not just about taking calls. There’s a lot of contigency planning being done for things you didn’t even know are being thought of. Sometimes even I get surprised with the job descriptions of the people I work with.

What in the world is a Root Cause Analyst?

Brandon: I believe it’s someone who continuously conducts Root Cause Analysis to identify problem areas and make action plans to eliminate those problems in the future. Kinda like, SWOT analysis. :)
