This is a true story, as told to me by a friend of mine from the recruitment department of my office:

A pretty mestiza who was well dressed and was around her mid 20’s walked into the interview room full of confidence and charm. She answered all the questions easily with her colegiala American accent, but she floundered big time when this question came: “What is more important for you? Skill or Passion?”

Without batting an eyelash she replied, “Why FASHION of course! Can’t you see that I’m well dressed and that I live for fashion. My idol is Paris Hilton no less. And look! I have a kikay kit.”

MORAL LESSON OF THE STORY:

When applying for a job, don’t LEAVE your brain at home.
