Demotivation

What I always think about, but fortunately… never did.

DEMOTIVATION

When all else fails, maybe I’ll just do what the Japanese do. Ignore. Ignore. Ignore.

The most commonly used, sugar-coated term is managing out or counseling out. I personally believe there is not harm in thinking as long as you don’t entertain the thought.

I’m having an Ally McBeal moment.

Yikes! That managing out thing is stupid. I work for a local subsidiary of a Japanese company and fortunately I don’t see that Japanese practice as well.

I love Despair.com and I had tons of their demotivators in my old station. Nothing perks up a person’s day faster than humor.
